Claire Blechmann was born and raised in the mountains of the Northwest. A lifelong athlete, she has competed in ski racing and achieved a national championship title. A natural teacher and leader, Claire has coached and participated in both individual and team sports.
Passionate about holistic wellness, she not only holds a B.S. in Physical Education but is also certified in various forms of counseling and spiritual healing. She is excited to work with people who want to take their training to the next level!
