My involvement in competitive snowboarding brought me to the world of health and fitness. Through my experiences in this sport I have learned the importance of flexibility, strength, endurance, and the energy that comes through proper nutrition.

During the off-season I became interested in the training it takes to prepare for the next season. This lead me to Ashmead College were I attended their Fitness and Exercise Program.  With my college degree I was able to obtain certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine and the International Sports Science Association.

Understanding that proper nutritional habits is 70%-90% of all health goals I continued my search for knowledge by attending the nutritional therapy association program.  This program taught me the importance of real food and proper digestive function.

I have worked with many athletes including college football athletes, professional snowboarders, weekend warriors and people searching for better health.. I focus on core strength, posture, muscle balance, strength gains, and fat loss. I incorporate personalized nutritional guidance to meet my client’s needs.
