I have been a personal trainer, yoga and group exercise instructor for over 4 years. I got my BA in Communication from the UW, then traveled and volunteered extensively out of college. Through that experience, I decided I wanted to help people in my own community live a healthier, happier life. I want my clients to experience the benefits of being healthy and strong and how it can have a positive effect on other aspects of their lives!
In addition to one-on-one training, I teach yoga and conditioning/boot camp classes. If you have a few friends that want a private class - I will create a program specifically for your group. Come by yourself or with a few friends to be motivated and challenged – whether your goals are to lose weight, gain muscle, cross-train, increase your flexibility, or make your daily living easier.
