I have three young children and have realized first-hand the awesome positive impact, both physical and emotional, that pregnancy and childbirth can have on a woman’s life – so I choose to work exclusively with Mothers and Mothers-to-be.
I specialize in training and preparing women for the physical and emotional changes and challenges of pregnancy. I combine my training with meditative practices to still the mind, techniques which can greatly diminish the intensity of labor.
If you’ve had your children, no matter how long it’s been since you gave birth, it’s never too late to rebuild your compromised core, regain your “before-children” physical strength and rediscover your self-confidence.
Everyone I train receives a custom-designed, progressive program specifically focused on stimulating the muscle groups weakened by pregnancy and childbirth. Combining this training with adapted meditative practices, my programs can also help reduce the mental chaos of Motherhood.
